Alarm Signal Reception Center (ASRC) Services
Spartan Security receives digital emergency signals from the protected area alarm system,
which are used by specialized security personnel.
There is immediate notification of the Police Emergency Service (100) or the local Police Station for secured areas outside Athens, the subscriber, as well as the help telephone numbers (which he has notified in writing) for his immediate notification. In addition, Spartan Security is able to know which part of the secured space was violated.
The fire service as well as the subscriber at the above telephone numbers are notified by telephone immediately (if a special fire detection system is installed).
In this case, the alarm in the protected area is silent (given the urgent need for a personal threat, at the touch of a special button) and the signal received by Spartan Security is deployed as above, notifying the Police Emergency Service of the extreme emergency incident.
In this case, the signal is given by pressing a special button (which can also be wireless) and immediately alert all emergency telephones that have been submitted by the subscriber (personal doctor, insurance company, relatives etc.), notifying about the special nature of the incident.
The system technician is notified as soon as possible (replacement of the batteries is at the expense of the subscriber).
The subscriber is notified two hours after signal reception. (The alarm system has an autonomous operation without electricity for about 10-12 hours).
The technician is notified as soon as possible and the necessary actions are taken to immediately restore the system.

Everything you need to know about the cost of the basic SRC service:
- There is a single charge for each type of alarm system and applies regardless of the number of zones of the system.
- The service is provided for an unlimited number of signals per code, at no extra cost and in addition to the emergency signals, includes ALL signals: arm (on) disarm(off), bypass, fire, medical need, keyboard blocking and system control.
- If a code is split into partitions, there is no charge.
- SMS notification for 24-hour communication failure is provided at no extra cost.
- The telephone notification after a 2-hour waiting time to restore the power , is provided free of charge.
- Use of the MySpartan service is free of charge.
- Notification of the subscriber about the activity of his system via e-mail, regardless of frequency, is provided at no extra cost.
- Any information about the alarm system signals is given to the subscriber by the operators 24 hours a day, only when he/she indicates his/her identification code, free of charge.
- The 24-hour communication failure notification, via text message SMS / Viber or other text communication platform, is provided at no additional charge.
